| Video Discription | 輕鬆生活沒煩惱 oFoodTalk 蔬食誌 - Q嫩「素肉圓 」- 巷子內的哦 (Vegan recipe) Tender Vegetarian Meatballs 材料: 1. 內餡 筍子(切丁) 4顆 紅糟素火腿 500克 芋頭(切丁) 半顆 筍乾(切丁) 400克 香菇(切片) 10顆 油 3大匙 鹽 1小匙 素蠔油 3大匙 2. 外皮 地瓜粉 4碗 冷水 3碗 熱水 7碗 3. 沾醬汁 番茄(切丁) 1顆 番茄醬 1罐 梅子粉 4小匙 胡椒粉 1小匙 白砂糖 2大匙 辣椒醬 1大匙 甘草粉 5小匙 素蠔油 3大匙 花生粉 1大匙 樹薯粉 1大匙 香菇粉 1大匙 水 3碗半 鹽 少許 Ingredient: 1. Stuffing 4 Bamboo shoots (diced) 500g of Red wine grains ham Half a Taro (diced) 400g Dried bamboo shoots (diced) 10 Dried Mushrooms (slices) 3 tbsp oil 1 tsp salt 3 tbsp Veggie oyster sauce 2. Skin Sweet potato powder 4 bowls Cold water 3 bowls 7 bowls of hot water 3.
