| Video Discription | 【與香港法律業界代表團到廣州南沙考察 🚝】 9月22日，我與香港法律業界代表團到廣州南沙考察，參觀位於廣州創享灣的域外法查明中心等兩地合作設施，以及科大訊飛華南人工智能研究院，為立法會十月時討論法庭電子化的議題作準備。 香港法律業界應該及早認清自己的定位，發揮香港司法制度的優勢，參與內地企業「走出去」的過程；同時，香港的司法機構亦應與時並進，引入科技協助提高法庭效率，為成為亞太地區國際法律及解決爭議服務中心作好準備。 【Visited Nansha, Guangzhou with the representatives of the legal industry 🚝】 On September 22nd, the representatives of the legal industry and I visited Nansha, Guangzhou, in the hope of facilitating greater cooperation. We visited the Law Ascertainment Centre (Guangzhou) for BRI in Chuangxiang Bay and the iFlytek South China Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, so to facilitate the discussion on digitalisation of court in Legislative Council in October. The Hong Kong Legal Industry ought to know how to position itself, so to better leverage the advantages it has with the Hong Kong legal system, and to better facilitate the Chinese enterprises in seeking global opportunities. At the same time, the Hong Kong Judiciary should progress with modern technologies, in doing so introduce the use of technology in enhancing the efficiency of the court, so to facilitate the transition of Hong Kong into the International Legal and Dispute Resolution Services Centre in the APAC Region as envisaged.
