| Video Discription | 蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝的做法： 材料： 扇貝：6只 粉絲（泡开水30分钟或直接煮熟）：100克 葱： 1条 红椒：1条 蒜头：10瓣 油：30毫升 盐： 1克 糖： 1克 蒸鱼豉油或生抽： 30毫升 做法： 1. 葱切葱花 ，红椒去籽剁碎 ，蒜头去皮切末。 2. 扇贝和壳清理干净，去泥沙。 3. 油烧微熱，倒入蒜蓉炒香，五成熟左右，加入红椒，炒到金黃色就行，加入盐和糖調味。 4. 把扇貝壳放盘子上，先放粉絲，再在粉丝上放上扇貝肉，鋪上蒜蓉，蒸6分鐘（小个扇贝蒸4分钟）。 5.撒上葱花，每个扇贝淋上5毫升蒸魚豉油即成。 Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Vermicelli: Ingredients: Scallops: 6 Vermicelli (soaked in boiling water for 30 minutes Or cooked directly): 100 g Spring Onion: 1 Red pepper: 1 Garlic: 10 cloves Oil: 30 ml Salt: 1g Sugar: 1g Seasoned Soy Sauce For Seafood or Light Soy Sauce: 30 ml Method: 1.
