We envision an environment that promotes improved mental wellbeing and the eradication of social stigma and discrimination against the mentally ill. To depict the journey of mental health patients from diagnosis to recovery, we will publish videos regularly. Our content ranges from Mental Disorder 101 and Mental Health Human Library. This video belongs to the “Mental Health Human Library” series. We interviewed Rachel who has anxiety, depression and bulimia nervosa. This is the first half of our interview, in which Rachel shared the process of being diagnosed and her life living with anxiety.
