If you make more in advance and put it in the freezer, next time you can just heat it up with some broccoli and vegetables, and a meal is done! 今天做一个特别适合便当的纯素“鳗鱼”饭，多做一些煎好还可以放冰箱冷冻，下次就能很快制作了，搭配一些绿叶菜或是西蓝花就是非常健康美味的一餐了。 Ingredients/材料: 老豆腐 200g Firm Tofu 土豆 250g Poatoes 杏鲍菇 150g King Oyster Mushrooms 海苔 1张 One Sheet of Nori 白芝麻 适量 White Sesame 盐和黑胡椒 适量 Salt and Black Pepper 照烧汁/Teriyaki Sauce： 生抽 3大匙 3 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce 红糖 2大匙 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar 香醋 2小匙 2 Tsp Black Vinegar 姜蓉 1小匙 1 Tsp Minced Ginger 胡椒粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder 清水 150ml Water 玉米淀粉 1/2小匙 1/2 Tsp Cornstarch 海盐 适量 Salt Tips： 1.Potatoes is a must have for this dish. It adds the texture and tastes to the tofu eel. 土豆一定要加，加入土豆质地和口感会更细腻 2.
