And we are blessed that God provides for our every need. In our large family (by today’s standards) of 9 people, we care about making sure everyone is well fed. Because we are a 1-income family, money can be tight at times. That means not a lot of snacks or luxuries, but we enjoy them when we do have them! We are learning to be grateful for what we have everyday, and content in all circumstances. We live in the Taiwanese countryside, around 12 minutes drive from town, so it’s not convenient to eat out or have food delivered. The combination of my income and our home location force us to be frugal and creative with our meal preparation. Please join us in today’s video where we share with you where we buy some of our weekly groceries. We’ll spread out an entire week’s worth of food on our dinner table to give you an eye-opening look at how much food Christy, our seven daughters, and I eat on a weekly basis. Tell us what you think.
