| Video Discription | 라퀴진 YouTube 구독하기 http://bit.ly/1HXgoVI 한번 만들어두면 다양한 용도로 활용할 수 있는 캐러멜 시럽을 만들어보세요. 달콤하면서도 풍부한 맛이 가득한 캐러멜 시럽은 간단하게 우유나 아이스크림에 곁들여 먹어도 좋고, 빵이나 쿠키 등 베이킹에 활용해도 좋아요. 캐러멜 시럽을 만들 때는 쉬지 않고 계속 젓는 것이 중요한데, 특히 버터를 넣을 때 재빨리 저어줘야 분리가 생기지 않습니다. 마지막에 럼주를 넣으면 독특한 향이 더해지고 소금을 함께 넣어 솔티드 캐러멜 시럽으로 만들 수도 있어요. * 캐러멜 시럽 1.설탕 200g을 냄비에 붓고, 2.약불에서 젓지 말고 녹여주세요. 3.녹기 시작하면 중불로 올려 저어가며 모두 녹여주세요. 4.무염 버터 90g을 넣고 녹여준 뒤, 5.생크림 120ml를 조금씩 넣어가며 저어주세요. 6.불을 끈 뒤 럼주 1작은술을 넣어주세요. 7.소독한 병에 담아 식힌 뒤 냉장 보관해주세요. 8.우유에 곁들여 먹으면 좋아요. * CARAMEL SYRUP 1. Place 200g of sugar in a pot, 2. Boil over low heat and do not stir. 3. Turn the heat up to medium when it starts to melt and stir. 4. Add in 90g of unsalted butter, 5. Stir in cream 120ml little by little. 6. Turn it off and put in 1tsp of rum. 7. Place in a sterilized bottle and leave in a fridge. 8.
