Please do hit the like button, subscribe and share this video. ------------------------------------- Check out my Instagram account for more recipes Here's the link- www.instagram.com/chefaamirkazi ------------------------------------- AKURI Cooking Time- 10 mins Preparation TIme-10 mins Serves- 2 Ingredients 2 medium size Red Onions chopped, 2 medium size Tomatoes chopped, 2 tbsp Coriander chopped, 2 Green Chillies chopped, 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp Salted Butter, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Red Chilli powder, 4 Eggs, 1 tbsp Raw Mango (optional), Salt & Crushed Black Pepper as per taste. Method -Chop Onion, Tomatoes, Coriander, Green Chilli and keep aside. Break 4 eggs and keep aside. -Heat oil in a pan, add salted butter and let it melt. -Once the fat has warmed up add chopped onions and cook it until its translucent. -Add in the chopped Tomatoes and cook it well. -Add Ginger Garlic paste and let it cook. -Once the paste is cooked, add turmeric and red chilli powder and cook it until oil oozes out. Add chopped green chillies and coriander. -Pour in the broken eggs and turn off the flame. Mix the eggs and cook it until soft. Don't overcook the eggs. -Apply butter to the Pav or Bread, toast it and enjoy it with the Akuri. Thank You!
