In this video, I show you how to make classic apricot jam with just 3 ingredients: sugar, apricots and lemon juice. I also do a batch with fresh tarragon and then a batch with Limoncello liqueur. Watch the video through to the end to get tips on how to get the best colour of jam and how to use the water bath processing method to preserve this jam.
