Today I will make Burong Mustasa and Stir Fry Fermented Mustard Recipe.First fry the tofu until golden brown. Then sauté the garlic, onion and add the fermented mustard, fried Tofu, pepper, salt and oyster sauce, mix well so that the spices are combined .Cook it for 3 to 5 minutes And then it can be served to the whole family. This fresh mustard came from my neighbor they harvested. Fresh vegetables taste really different. Fermentation Mustard procedure First wash the mustard well, second mash with salt third put in a clean jar and store it for 3 to 5 days.
