For making Burong Hipon 8 cups rice 1/2 Kilo Shrimp 4tbsp vinegar 2tbsp sea salt (for soaking & washing shrimps) 3/4 cup sea salt (for fermentation) For cooking: 2 cups Burong Hipon 1/4 cup vegetable oil 5 cloves garlic 2 medium size red onion 1 big thumb ginger 2 Big size tomato Black pepper (optional) *DISCLAIMER* Background music is not mine |
