| Video Discription | Music by @aqrunitback6664 Chicagos BEST PRODUCER I have been craving a California Burrito for about a month now and I decided to just make it. @TheMeateryShop sent me an Australian Wagyu Outside Skirt Steak and I decided to make carne asada. And before anyone asks, I always cook carne asada for tacos and burritos to well done. Dont come at me. This is how I do it. Cook your meat to your desired doneness and for what its worth, this is the only time I cook beef to well done. The fat content of this cut/grade is going to keep it from drying out. I cut the meat into sections to make it easier to work with on the grill and seasoned with @alfrugoniofc Grilling Salt, @spanglishasadero All Purpose and Chile Verde. These flavor combos are so damn good. Seasoning will be linked below. Grill over the fire for a few minutes each side and let rest for a few minutes. French fries are easy to make and if you want the fry cutter I was using, I will link it below. Wash your potatoes and cut your fries. Place into an ice bath for 1 hour and then dry as best you can. The next step is optional but I went ahead and dusted with some corn starch. Fry at 325 for 5 minutes then remove and increase the heat to 375 and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes. This is how you get crispy fries. I seasoned the fries with @CHEFCUSO Hot Honey Rub and Salt. Guacamole - This recipe is my book wink wink mf'er!
