| Video Discription | you can make Masala chaach by adding few spices. the spices and herbs added in spiced chaas are asafoetida, fennel, ginger powder, mint, curry leaves or coriander leaves etc. they all help in digestion of food and also uplift your energy levels in the dry hot summers. Method for Masala Chaach 1.Put curd / yogurt in a mixture grinder jar and blend till smooth. 2.Add cold water in the jar as shown in video. 3.Add roasted cumin powder, dry ginger powder, dry mint powder, asafoetida (hing), black salt and white salt in the jar. 4.Mixed it very well. 5.Our Masala chaach is ready to pour into glass.
