| Video Discription | SAN DIEGO – Mayor Todd Gloria on Friday announced the City’s new “Complete Communities Now” program, which requires all relevant city departments to review housing projects that fall under the Complete Communities program within 30 days. The program comes as a result of an executive order issued by Mayor Gloria in January as part of his State of the City address. Complete Communities is an incentive program that encourages development near public transportation that combines housing, mobility, parks and infrastructure. |
