Instead, we see moments. We see moments that are seemingly captured in time, moments that make it seem like we have traveled back to experience it all over again. The feelings flood our body as that moment plays over and over again in our mind. Throughout my years of visualizing and using the law of attraction, in my most successful endeavors, I have discovered a connection throughout all of these experiences. I’ve noticed that when I visualize, there are these moments I hyperfocus on. These are the moments that fill me with those deep feelings of joy, excitement, love, you name it. As I continue to visualize these moments, and the world plays out around me, these are the moments that suddenly appear in my life. It’s as if God has taken a picture of my visions and has perfectly recreated it for me to experience. When it first happens to you, the feeling is surreal. It’s like Déjà vu, feeling as if you have lived through the present moment before. But those moments before were only imagined, and now those visions from your imagination have become your reality. I have come to the realization, that it is those moments we must focus on, those moments that define an experience, those moments that attach to our memories forever. These are the moments that, if played out in our waking reality, we would know with certainty that we have manifested our dreams. It is the moment we hold a loved one in our arms and hear the words “I love you.” It is the moment you look at your bank account to realize the exact abundance of wealth you have received. It is the moment of elation when you shake hands with the person who just hired you for your dream job. It is the moment you use the key to unlock the door of your dream home. It is the moment you hold your beautiful child in your arms for the first time. That is why, in this meditation, we will focus only on these moments. The more you practice this meditation, the more honed in your visions will be on these moments, the stronger your attraction will become, and soon, these will no longer just me moments of imagination, these will become the moments of reality, the moments where your dreams come true. All you have to do is listen along as you go to sleep. Do not worry if you fall asleep during the meditation. The subconscious mind will take over from there. |
