So with chef Seema learn to make Dal Makhani only on @swaadanusaar Dal Makhani Ingredients Cooking Dal - 1 cup of black gram / काली उरद दाल - Red Kidney Beans / राजमा - Salt - Water Tadka - 2 tbsp ghee - 2 chopped onions - 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste - 3-4 tomato puree - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp red chilli powder - coriander leaves - water - 2 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp cumin powder - 1 tsp garam masala - Butter - 1/2 tsp red chilli powder - Fresh Cream Method - In a pressure cooker add black gram, red kidney beans, salt, and water & keep it for 2-3 whistles. - In a pan add ghee and onions and cook it until the onions turn brown. - Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, and coriander leaves. - Check if the dal is cooked and add it to the tadka and cook it for 7-8 minutes. - In other pan add butter, red chili powder and pour it over dal and add coriander and fresh cream.
