| Video Discription | Side lunges are a dynamic warm up for runners that can be performed without any additional equipment. Assume a wide stance and bend the right knee, keeping the left leg straight. Return to wide stance, and repeat the motion on the other side. Stand up straight and bring the left foot to meet the right. Using the right foot, step into a wide stance and repeat the sequence across the room. Then return, leading with the left foot. Watch as our physical therapist demonstrates the sequence. |
