Grind the bajra first into a smooth paste, transfer to a bowl then grind the rice, dal and fenugreek seeds together. Mix both the batters add salt ferment the batter for 8-12 hours. After fermentation, dilute with water, mix and make dosas. Add ghee to the sides. Serve the bajra dosa with any chutney of your choice. Bajra Dosa is a healthy dosa recipe made with Bajra i.e, pearl millets. Bajra is rich in nutrients and it is known for its extraordinary dietary fiber content.
