MIXED VEGETABLE SIZZLER RECIPE:
* Oil
* Garlic and Ginger Puree
* Sliced Celery
* Green Chillies (optional)
* Chilli Sauce (optional)
* Light Soya Sauce
* Tomato Ketchup
* Dark Soy Sauce
* White Vinegar
* Sugar
* Salt
* White Pepper
* Water
* Cornflour mixed with water
* Mogo, Veg Manchurian, Crispy Veg, Samosa, & Patra (all battered with a Cornflour & Plain Flour mix)
* Spring Onion
Once cooked the above wok stir fried it is served (on top of sliced White Onions) on a hot cast iron sizzler plate (heated to a very high heat on the stove)
