| Video Discription | Into week 5 through week 6 there are some additions and alternatives. Active swinging of the arm in walking is ok but keep the distance and speed to minimum. Did I say band work? I meant pole. Lol. ▶️ WATCH OUT for the quick movements ▶️ THINK twice before you reach Patients need to stay careful, ‘patient’ and HANG IN THERE. It’s only week 6.
