| Video Discription | If have shoulder impingement, clicking, pain or catching in the shoulder and you are trying to strengthen the rotator cuff - the power band comes in very handy to help improve your shoulder mechanics so you can get further into range for internal and external rotation. The key is getting the powerband in the right spot (check the video!) so you get a good postero-inferior glide on the humerus in the glenohumeral joint, as well as getting the band tension right.
