If you suffer from flashbacks, nightmares, sleep or concentration problems, hyper-vigilance, anxiety, panic, irritability, temper eruptions, emotional numbness, shame, isolation, or loneliness, listen to this program on a regular basis, either alongside other therapies or as a stand-alone intervention.
