INGREDIENTS 4-5 tomatoes 1 small onion chopped 1 tbs Crushed garlic 2-3 tbs oil 1 tbs chilli flakes 2 tbs mixed herbs 1 tbs red chilli powder ½ tsp vinegar 2 tbs tomato ketchup salt to taste Method -In boiling water add the tomatoes and boil them for 3-4 minutes. -Peel the skin and grind them into fine puree. -Take another pan and add oil, onions and crushed garlic in it. -Saute them. -Add tomato puree and cook it for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens. -Add chilli flakes, red chilli powder, mixed herbs, salt and tomato ketchup. cook it for 2-3 minutes. -Last add vinegar and mix well. -Let it cool down and store it in airtight container in refrigerator.
