| Video Discription | Pinwheel samosa is an best evening snack or quick party starter recipe. Pinwheel Samosa Recipe /Potato Pinwheel Samosa/Aloo Bhakarwadi/पिनव्हील समोसा रैसिपि Ingredients For stuffing 1tbs oil 1tsp ginger garlic paste 3-4 boiled potatoes 1/2 cup green peas 1/2tsp fennel seeds ¼ tsp turmeric powder 1tsp red chilli powder 1tsp garam masala 1tbs tamarind chutney 1tbs green chutney Salt to taste Coriander leaves Dough 1cup Maida 1/2tsp carom seeds 2tbs ghee Water Salt to taste Paste 2tbs Maida Pinch of salt Water Oil for frying Method -In a pan heat oil. Add all the ingredients for prepare the stuffing for samosa. -Prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients. -Cover it with moist cloth and rest it for 20-25 minutes. -Now dust the Maida and roll the dough with rolling pin. -Spread aloo mixture over it and roll it tight. -cut the roll into half inch pieces and flatten it slightly. -Make Maida paste. -Deep the samosa into Maida paste. -Deep fry into hot oil on low to medium flame. -Fry samosa till golden brown. -serve it hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
