| Video Discription | Ingredients: 500 g tuna belly Tuna Marinade: 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 tbspwhite sugar 15 g lemon juice or calamansi 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder Instructions: 1. Combine soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir. Set aside. 2. Place the tuna in a hotel pan and pour the marinade over the tuna. Cover with clingwrap. Store in the chiller overnight. 3. The next day, Place the cast iron in the stove. turn on to a high heat. brush with oil. Sear for 2 to 3 mins. each side or until you achieve your desire doneness. 4. Transfer to serving plate. Serve with a dipping sauce composed of soy sauce, calamansi, and red chili. Serve.
