| Video Discription | I DID I bought a whole pasture-raised cow and 25 pasture-raised chickens from a Virginia farm. The total weight of the cow was 657 lbs hanging weight. After butchering the total weight was around 527 lbs. That makes all the grass-fed hamburger, steaks, roasts, and more about $5.80/lb, which is a great deal on healthy meat!
