| Video Discription | 今日主廚：王振權 材料：青江菜、竹筍、素火腿、薑、松子、白米、鹽。 作法： 1、切碎青江菜、素火腿切丁狀、竹筍切丁狀、薑切末。 2、小火炒至松子上色、薑末炒香後，放入素火腿、竹筍炒香。 3、放入青江菜梗，炒至表面透熟。米洗淨後放入鍋中加入兩杯水。 4、加入鹽巴調味、拌勻。煮8分鐘，再悶煮15分鐘。 5、煮熟青江菜葉。 6、將青江菜葉、松子均勻拌入飯中即完成。 週一至週五 07:00、10:50、13:18、18:15 週六日 07:13、10:40、13:26 週六18:26、週日18:55 更多內容請見 https://daai.tv/program/P1855 |
