See you soon. xoxo Jamie on behalf of Spice N’ Pans Ingredients: Serves 6 5 cloves of garlic - minced 6 pieces of shallots - sliced thinly 60g of dried shrimps - washed Marinated mushrooms (see details below) 2 pieces of Chinese sausages - sliced 300g of streaky pork (marinate w/ 0.5 tsp of salt & pepper) 2 cups of Thai jasmine rice - washed 2 tablespoons of low sodium light soya sauce 2 tablespoons of premium dark soya sauce 1 teaspoon of salt A few dashes of white pepper 400g of Chinese cabbage 3 cups of water Making the marinated mushrooms +++++ 8 pieces of dried Chinese mushrooms - soaked & sliced 1 tablespoon of low sodium light soya sauce 0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil 0.5 teaspoon of sugar |
