In today's video I discuss the benefits of buying morning selloff, buying the morning dip, and what I try to avoid! I try to avoid dip buying a downgraded stock by a major financial institutions. Dip buying is a great strategy that if done correctly, offers solid and consistent gains but with that being said, you need to have a set of risk parameters set and be willing to cut your losses before it gets out of hand. Next thing you have to learn is to understand the patterns of specific companies. Tesla for example has a very consistent pattern of having a morning sell off and recovering. The morning selloff and recover is a timeless strategy, especially on companies you have tracked and followed for awhile. What is dumb money- Dumb money is anyone that chases a stock and buys because everyone else is.
