| Video Discription | ❥材料INGREDIENTS : 椰子粉15克 黑芝麻粉10克 洋車前子殼粉8克 泡打粉5克 赤藻糖醇 15克 1蛋 水50克 芝麻餡： 黑芝麻粉35克 牛油(室溫) 25克 赤藻糖醇10克 (芝麻餡)做法: 1.軟化好的牛油加入糖,黑芝麻粉攪拌至均勻 2.分成兩成(可包進保鮮紙裡)冷凍備用 ~約10分鐘芝麻餡會變硬 (黑芝麻包)做法: 1.先將粉類攪拌均勻(過歸更佳) 2.再加入蛋和水 3.攪拌至無顆粒 4.靜置5分鐘更佳 (黑芝麻流沙包)做法: 1.將冷凍好的芝麻餡包進黑芝麻包裡 [包法參考視頻] 2.蒸鍋水燒開後,包子墊上油紙後放入鍋中 3.小火蒸約13分鐘 4.熱吃,放涼後皆可 Coconut flour 15g Black sesame powder 10g Psyllium husk powder 8g Baking powder 5g Erythritol 15g 1 egg water 50g Filling: Black sesame powder 35g Butter (room temperature) 25g Erythritol 10g **Machine translation (sesame filling): 1.
